Oh ok here goes, going to be putting in an hour a night or so when I can be bothered to get things sorted from now on, and I thought I would take some pictures to let you know how things are going.

Just to let you know the turbo is off after a big battle, one severe wound, the byatch is off.

The slain , oil seeping from its wounds it lay dormant, never to spool again.

Im on target so after a 4 Hour total so far I am now half way.

Am thinking of changing the turbo Elbow while I am here, and or the manifold as it is in reach.

I will post pictures up later for your interest.

Right update ;

Put the new turbo on, and its all matched up to the housing and bolted back onto the manifold and exhaust housing.

I hadn't made any progress because I was waiting for people to come back to me with pricing for a turbo elbow as I was in there I was going to replace it there and then, but no joy.

Tonight I should have her started back up.

Just under 6 hours labour so far. I will post up some pictures shortly - See Below

All done, made a start at putting all the ancillaries on about 10am and was finished by 12 and had the car started etc.

No problems just noticed going from ceramic to steel turbo, oil temperature has risen substantially at its suposedly cool level.

All good. Awaiting my FC.

Intercooler going on properly next week.

Yes started first time, no problems , wasnt expecting any.

Yes bumper is fine, all done. Will do for now at least.

Just waiting for the Power FC now.

Thinking I might reset my ecu to let it learn something has changed, dont believe the map knows what its doing at the moment.

Well the next thing was the intercooler and there couldnt have been a nicer Saturday for it.

3 Hours, Exhaust Piping and a mandrell bender + hardened plastic piping and we were there.

Had to cut the bumper by an inch and a half at the back to accomodate the intercooler and no loss of the strengthening bars across the front of the car which was my main project on this one.
