Question Apexi Air filter

Fitted my air filter at the weekend like most of you have already done.

Now I get this whooshing noise.

Dont get me wrong, the turbo spinns quicker and the noise is great, but is the whoosing noise cause by the engine being greedy eating all the air and creating a vacume in the engine bay?????

If so shouldl I of fitted a induction kit as well??

Has any one go a pic of a GTT induction kit in situ??

But what about Induction Kits, there are obviously better then just piping the air to the new filter via the old trunking.

But how much better and are there worth the pennies (not sure if you can buy without a filter either).

Assuming you are referring to whether to replace the hose behind cone Stebbo. Tbh, i've always been a bit sceptical of claims of increased performance by replacing this hose cos its still gonna be as restricted at turbo end and doesn't look hugely less restrictive than aftermarket anyway. Nice shiney hose would look nice though.

This is just my perspective, others might see it differently and be knowing much more too.
