I've just started using an excellent program called TouchBuddy that you guys should check out. It was originally designed for use with flight sim progs, so you could access extra buttons and functions, but it's being used by race simmers too, and can actually be used with any program at all, as it basically sends macros to whatever window is currently active.
You can custom make your own interface and buttons using the editor program that comes with it.
It runs on either a 2nd monitor locally, or you can run it over a network on another system, but it works best if you have a touchscreen monitor, and then you have yourself a handy virtual button box.

Prog is free btw, so it's worth a try. Can be used with pretty much anything, first person shooters, graphics apps, etc. Anything that has either hotkeys or keypresses.

. For some reason, using TB on the secondary monitor does not cause rFactor to minimise like other apps. Would you be so kind as to send me that lovely profile you made mate?
