An exhaust belching Oil and smoke (give us some help!)

This is a grinds my gears and a plea for some advice...

happy motoring for 2 months now in my Rover... a car weghing 800 kg with around 240 bhp is a right laugh when it looks like... well an old rover

but the old rover bit may have caught up with me...

driving to work this morning and i noticed she was a little down on power... look in my rear view and i see lots of white smoke

got her home and the oil is down... topped it up and gave her a rev (onto boost) and shes spitting oil out the exhaust

im new to turbo engines so can someone confirm or deny my first thoughts..... have my turbo oil seals gone?

Sounds like turbo oil seals. Is this on the mg-tf? Thought that was Honda engine?
