Thumbs down RANT

Haven't had a rant in a while, think I'm gonna.

Some of the mundane bullsh*t that's wound me up recently...

Films that force you to listen to poncey music and roll a bunch of credits at the start. I already hate this film and don't even know what it's about yet, even though I needlessly know who the line producer is - I don't even know what a line producer does, more to the point I don't care, why are you forcing me to read this now instead of letting me watch the [email protected]*king film!?!?!?!

Ex girlfriends tracking you down years after you dumped them. I'd had enough of you years ago when I dumped you. Getting older and squeezing out a few kids to someone else, strangely enough, hasn't made you any more desirable. The opposite actually.

Buying new stuff that turns out to be crap. I do mean new, like brand new, straight from the shop, never been used. I've just invested a substantial amount of money in your product and I'm excited about using the sh*t out of it. When it breaks after 2 hours of normal use, it's a testament to how little respect you give your customers and what a god awful work ethic you have. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you do for a living, so long as you do it well. Because if you don't, what use are you? None. You are completely useless. And that's how people will come to know you.

This has to be the worst summer in recorded history. Yeah, OK, we ruined the planet and caused global warming, but we were only doing what we were told; consuming. We were good consumers. We ARE good consumers and don't save for a rainy day, we buy stuff, a lot of it because we want to enjoy it on a sunny day. And how are we rewarded? Rain. More rain. And yet more rain.

I feel like there's more brewing but for now, rant over!

Name and shame bud.

I just bought a Scorpion Cult mountain bike. Looks the business, but, literally after 2 hour long sessions riding it, the right pedal came loose and fell off. No prob, reattach it and tighten the nut up. Now it comes loose after 5 mins, every time, no matter how tight I reattach it.

I'm less than impressed!

Name and shame, mmm let me think. Nearly everything i buy these days!!!

Everything thats in the "affordable" price bracket seems to be crap. Im not a tesco value man i alway by heinz beans over shite. But everything these days just seems, well cheap!! And i mean EVERYTHING!!

Nothing you get these days seems to be worth the money any more, poor products all around
