Clumsy dishonest neighbours....probably

I usually do a walk-round of my car before I leave home (or the office, or the supermarket etc.), but neglected to do so this very morning. When I left the office I did check her over, and found this:-

I went to the gym as planned, and ended up swimming three times further than I intended to due to the rage! The folks at work are generally pretty careful (particularly the ones who know me...), and the car parked next to me when I left was positioned well. However, when I got home I just thought I'd give the neighbour's cars a quick glance over just in case, and found this on next door's black Renault:-

The camera angle isn't great as I was trying to be discreet, and the tarmac level in my street is a bit variable, but that looks suspiciously like grey/silver transfer on next door's N/S front bumper, at a suspiciously similar height from the ground. Given that we all park at 45 deg to the pavement, and they were on my offside - so to reverse out their N/S front would have been aiming for my O/S rear, and the circumstantial evidence is rising. Add to that the fact that none of my neighbours can park worth a damn, and this particular car leaves very early in the morning before most are awake, and I'm close to being convinced. Of course, without any witnesses all I can do is plot some sort of disproportionate revenge.....

I would go round and tell them another neighbour witnessed them hit your car and drive off, that'll probably shit them up enough to admit if they did it which from the evidence it looks like they did.

Yeah, as said. if they don't wanna play ball get a very small drill bit and put lots of really small holes all over their car. I'm talking every panel here. Particularly above the drivers head. The first they will notice of it is when it rains. Then they will slowly start to notice the holes...

Bag of sugar in the fuel tank normally works wonders too!

And for sheer buggerance factor smear a load of Vaseline over the windscreen and wiper blades!

Banged to rights! What with this cold weather, smear some poo on their windscreen (fox poo is pretty fishy), and by the morning it would have frozen on. Just make sure you've got a good pair of gloves on!

I would probs just ask politely why they did not tell you they had hit your car. To be fair its looks light enough they they might not have even noticed, be reasonable and see what sort of response you get before you decide to drown there cat and smere its remains over the car lol

I'd go for this and watch the guilt wash over them!
