Angry B6NHAM - Luke Benham Bumper Breaker and Con Artist!

That's right folks, that little weasel has put a claim in to Paypal for a full refund(including postage and insurance costs) even though he has already been given a partial refund which was a considerable amount of money back for a bumper he returned to me damaged!

Thread is: missing for some reason? Will get it reinstated hopefully and link it here.

50 short on your refund really luke:

So if this is true why did you ask me the following in an email about your partial refund:

Why have you only refunded 105 rather than 135?
Yet now you are trying to claim that you have had no refund and are trying to get 156 out of me, after you have already been given 105 of your original 135 back. You are seriously going about this the wrong way, and you will end up in court if you carry on that is a promise.

I'm now going to post all of the emails to PayPal so they can see just what kind of a lying C**T you really are!

Okay niz mate, can we either keep this clean, so people can give u there views as thats what im assuming you want, Its sad to see members having issues like this, perhaps calm down abit and take it onwards after a deep breath, again this is a public forum

I can see your fustration, and if i was in your boots i would be fustrated.

Only thing i ask is dont start a thread thats gonna rift the whole forum mate, remember others read this perhaps this should of gone to a mod, or even BC himself.

Lance I am calm, but this is on here to show people what he is like and to make them aware of him and his tactics, I have emailed BC about it before I posted this, I'm just really, really angry with his behaviour and lies!

Telling them I made him pay as a gift, I gave him the option to pay fee's or as a gift and he took the gift option!

Well he has claimed some how, and my paypal balance is now in the red because of him.

He put a claim in at lunchtime today, I got an email about it when I logged on, so I have basically linked them to my partial refund transaction ID on Paypal, which shows the comments and I have also uploaded the entire email thread between us and all photo's.

Once the thread is reinstated I will add that to the case for PayPal too so they can see what exactly happened.

If everything is as has been stated then he's claiming money fraudelently so you could report it to the police.

It does fall under both, you probably wouldn't get any money back going through the police, that would require the civil route.

The police should try to prosecute him for the offence though or a knock on the door might be enough to settle the dispute.

Your paypal statement should be enough evidence for them if it's clearly showing the transactions.

Thanks for the heads up Andy.

Would I need to go via his local police division or mine?

For 30 it's not worth it Ant.

Can't believe he is trying to pull a fast one through paypal to be honest! But all the info is there for them to see, so we will soon see what happens!
