http://www.pistonheads.com/news/defa...?storyId=20842

ps

Good luck to those of you that can actually find it there hearts to stick with it

I surpose what you could do to get cost back if found not guilty would be to sue the police officer for defermation of character or something like that, civil courts are unlimited.

But it just goes to show that it has absolutly nothing to do with justic really

"tell you what lads were introduce this change right where we can send the boys in blue out too target motirists and even if there not guilty we will still make them pay hows that"

HERE HERE thats a joly good idea mr pm more cherry???

IF YOU CAN GET OUT!!!!!

Obey the law and that way your less likely to be charged with owt, so no court, no not guilty costs,no worries.

Nice statement but the point is under this new system you will get charged when you HAVE obeyed the law.

I say a big "Eff off" suckers ! Its finally a display of the benefits of enthusiast car ownership over that of the "commuter" euro-box. We win

surely then you could technically sue the relevant police force for wrongful arrest, traumatic stress, loss of earning etc. which would then end up costing more in compensation

just thinking that if it includes car accidents i think that personal injury claims will shoot through the roof. another stupid govt idea that keeps them from dealing with the real problems that this country faces
