i tried to remove mine on the way home. As i was driving i bit the plastic bit that snapped and in doing so i cut my gum and swallowed the plastic bit.

TIP- dont bite the plastic lug bit!

Both bands still in place from the track session on the Saturday and the Parade Lap on the Sunday - usually stay in place for a good few months lol
