R33 GTR v Spec VS standard

Hi gents

im still browsing for my skyline I'm down to either a R33GTR or R34 GTT

think I'm leaning toward the R33 GTR

whats the difference between a v spec and just a normal R33 GTR?

people advertise the v spec as rare but what do they have over the standard one and how much extra is one worth ?

on a side note.... anybody selling their skyline?

V-spec has an active rear differential. I own a V-spec and I'd never pay more for one.
Actually I'd rather avoid them just because of the crappy rear differential.

Rear diff on V-spec cant take 600bhp if you are thinking of upping the power

well i wasn't thinking 600 bhp was necessary haha

are their any other differences ? as well with the v spec 2 ? any other differences?

someone suggested they were better handling ? is this true?

and so can we confirm that i should ignore the v spec part, if it has it then cool if not who cares

The V-Spec gets the ATTESA Pro system so the handling should be better. Ive never driven a non V-Spec so can't compare but mine handles very well in all weather conditions. They also got lower suspension and a host of cooling ducts for the brakes but most will have had these replaced / removed now. There doesn't seem to be much difference in price so just find a good one and go for it.
