r33 needs New engine

Hi I have an r33 gtst, and i am about to buy a new engine, there is a rb25det NEO available, but it's a 4wd automatic transmission, I have read some about the engine itself and it seems to be a pretty good option, now i have some concerns, i was running on my old setup an aftermarket topmount exhaust manifold, and also an aftermarket intake manifold, i was wondering if they are interchangeable, and also the oil carter since the NEO's has the 4wd.

thank you in advance for the replies.
