No spark on 91 GTR

Just what the title says, I'm getting no spark on my RB26. The car had started after being in storage for a bit but almost immediately died. The car had been sitting with the battery unhooked due to a bad headlight switch which as leaving the taillights on. Checking voltage I'm getting 12v at the coil packs but it acts like the car isn't firing. I've checked and recleaned the grounds on the ignition harness and just before the ignitor. I've swapped ignitors to verify that isn't the issue. When cranking it sounds like it occasionally fires/coughs but primarily isn't firing. You can definitely smell fuel at the tailpipe when cranking, injectors are spraying.

Thoughts? Could it be the CAS? I'd ruled that out since the injectors are definitely getting some sort of signal, is there a way the CAS can impact only ignition? What else could cause the coils not to fire?

And if I missed a FAQ please point me to it. I tried searching but what I found is the typical coil issues with misfires
