New to GTR's - Buy modded or none modded? (R32)

Hi, I am looking at buying an R32 already in the US by one of two good dealers, the question is is it better to buy a more modded gtr or no?

Choice is yours.

A non modded will probably hold it's value better, and it'll be a platform for you to do your own thing if wanted.

Modded, someone has spent time and money making it better. Saves you money in the long run if that's the road you want to take
