Spark plugs gtst

Right I'm wanting to change my spark plugs so my question is.
What plugs?
Where from?
How much?
I've currently got ngk iridium IX BKR7EIX
also I'm planning on the GTR coils in the near future so would all be ok with these?

Whats your state of tune? heat range depends on that, up to say 400bhp then one stage colder should be fine, after that 2 stages colder, iridium just last longer than copper or platinum no performance gain.

Do you mean where am I going for remap?
Last time I went to GR performance but this time I'm unsure as there is a place in leeds that's meant to be good with skylines so might try there but they need to be able to map the link G4 ecu

Second vote for the bcr8es plugs, can pick them up for around 2.50 a plug or less and work fine.

Ive never bothered with the iridium ones, with the cost of the copper plugs you can afford to change out the bcr8es set every service
