R32GTR rear arches starting to bubble which is the best fix ??

my R32GTR rear arches are just starting to bubble around the edge which is the best fix
i dont want to just put loads of filler in them
will i have to get somone to make a set of arches from scratch
as i take it there's not an off the shelf part to use
how have you guys fix the problem and which gararge did you take it to ???
