think its the termostat and the sensors as the expansion tank was ready to explode and the fans hadnt even come on!
theres no oil in the coolant and no residue in the oil, do a test with the fluid that changes colour and with coolant and it went green, means the head is gone/on its way out.
I sold the engine a few weeks ago so now i have to hope and pray the head hasnt warped, should be ok, didnt drive it after it happened.
the new engine is a whole new story!
having it built in australia 2 keep costs down,
semi forged pistons,
custom made rad,
hopefully up rated hoses,
block tapped and re-bored,
RB25 gear box,
camber and poly bush kit,
twin plate clutch,
RX7 550cc injectors,
will be capable of 400-450rwkw but will be running 300rwkw till the ceramic tubbys are ditched for steel's.
