Is it possible to learn to read human's mind?

Sometimes you want to read human's thoughts. Has anyone heard where it is possible to learn it? I am sorry if this question is not related to the topic.

The air force are currently developing a prototype fighter jet that uses the pilots thoughts to fly it.

Im sure that an app will soon be avaliable to carry out this wireless across a network to "read" your mind before long.

So yes
