14k to spend on a daily - go shop!

so then guys.
Time to replace our 2008 e90 msport derv.
looking around the 14k region.
i dont want to drop in years ideally will be going forward a good chunk.
must have 4 proper seats for carting the boy about.
if its prestige car brand i expect prestige refinement in leathers cruise control etc.
Current e90 is fully loaded so id expect same again if going german.
needs to be manual.
needs to be good on the juice as mrs does a good 50 miles a day i'd have thought just to work and back so no m5's etc
cant be much bigger than 3 series as mrs dont like big cars so rules out the xf's and 5 series etc.
finally... needs to be sporty looking / able to buy carbon trims for etc / modifyable. I cant drive standard cars lol.
Cant be black and needs to be the sports trim wise if staying prestige autobahn chewers.
eg. m-sport bmw, AMG styling merc, s-line audi's

so.... any suggestions sticking within the 'rules' above?

if we dont stay with the prestige brands it's something we've looked at doing.
mrs always had hot hatches in past.

e90 saved her loads of dollars on gogo juice though.
she quite likes the megane rs cup things and the newish vxr astras too.

I'm changing my scoob to a 46 M3 (cage, carbon seats, coilys, csl front, e92 m3 rear spoiler, deep rims) so i dont think we need 2 bms and then we've got 2 capable toys

Golf R32? Maybe not sporty enough... VXR is probably the way to go.

Alfa 159 (if you want it to break down every now and then) or Brera? Octavia VRS?
