Data Breach!

I'm wondering if my account on here has been compromised, I'm getting a banner that says "Security and data breach notification click here" didn't click on it yet I've had an email from the Admin saying that my password has been changed by them. My old password doesn't work and new emailed one to me does..... Any help please? Can Admin help with this.... Confirm or deny.....
Thanks in advance.

If you click the banner that's at the top of the home page, it will explain why the password change has been initiated.
