Actually the pads and disks are also shared - at least for the non-Brembo equipped R32s. See how these Project Mu pads are listed as for Sumitomo-equipped R32s and Z32s:

Rotors are shared on the rears but not the front - my car has Brembos on the front but the original Sumitomo's on the rear and the Z32-spec rotors like these bolted right up.

Yeah, rear rotors, pads, and probably calipers are the same. Front has the same pads, but different calipers and thicker rotors.
