Compatible Battery cables

Is there a U.S. compatible car (300Z or 240) that we can source battery cables from when we have to buy a new battery with SAE terminals?
I'd rather replace the cables than chop an splice the factory cables. I think that makes the battery area look a little janke.
The negative cable on rockauto for a 91 240 looks about the same, but they don't list one for the positive cable.

it does! DS46B24R is the part number for an Optima Yellow Top with the JIS posts! I just picked one up "used" (read: out of date but still producing 740 CCA and rated to 450) for 43 bucks, which is a heck of a deal considering that most places sell them for 230+.

Other than that though, you should be able to use any battery as long as you change out the terminal ends, which you can get from any parts store for like 6 or 7 bucks a pair. You just need to make sure the battery fits in the tray
