basic spark plug question??

looking to get set of iridium plugs and need advice as i've never bought uprated plugs before.
is it worth going for the two stage colder plugs instead of 6-1 ?

simply put.....

was going get these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/R32-GTS-T-Skyl...item23001fd110

or am i better to get these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/R32-GTS-T-Skyl...item23001fdf72

car has an RB20DE with stainless system with cat removed. and HKS mushroom filter otherwise stock.

Those are both for the turbo model. Search only for GTS.

If any Skyline N/A owners are unsure about what plugs are suitable feel free to give us a call.

We are always happy to advise based on Mods, Driving Style, Car useage- Drift, Trackday, Daily Driver etc...

Cheers
