Question how fast ??

hi does anybody out there know were the speedo senser in my r33 rb20e is .as my speedo doesnt work nor does my mileometer and ive been told thats the problem ,please help as mot is due soon and think it will fail on this

its a small cylinder with wires close to the propshaft exit

If you have a multimeter & has an option of continuity you can put it across the terminals & spin the cog, it will give a pulse if it's good. Assuming it's the same as a R33, that's how the mechanic who changed my gearbox oil tested mine.

speedo isnt tested on mot, neither is odometer so fret not. if things were bad you could buy a sat nav and use it to stay below speed limit but you dont need a speedo
