Unhappy r32 rb20de unstable idle

I've had this problem for awhile now and not really sure what to check next. The car kind jerks in low rpm when the motor is cold, and then once its warmed up the idles goes back and forth between 600-900. I've noticed a slight smell of gas when this happens too.

What I've done:
Replaced plugs,
Cleaned maf ---> replaced maf
Replaced fuel filter
Checked and replaced old vacuum lines (have sprayed down everything with carb cleaner to see if there are more air leaks but didn't notice that much of a change from the normal idling between 600-900)
Cleaned AAC
Reset ECU
Replaced Air Filter

So what should I check next or has anyone else had similar problems that didn't end up being the AAC?
