"Schadstoffklasse"- Euro1 to Euro2 ??????

Hi, I own a R32 GTR from 1992, so in Germany it is a Euro1 car, and Euro1 means a lot of €€€€€€€€€€€€€€ to the "Steuer" every year.

Want to to know if someone allready try to change the "schadstoffklasse" from the car in Germany, adding others type of Kat or doing something else, so that we can save a litle more for gas

I have contacted a company, they say they can change every car!!!!!!!!!!!, let΄s see what they can do with the Skyline

Dear Luis,

the company that really might be able to help You along is www.mps-engineering.de ask Phillip.

Anyway, as with the NISSAN RB engines that have undergone only slight changes within the period of 20 years from the R32 up to the last R34, hence the reason NISSAN was forced to stop producing the SKYLINE in 2001 due to stricter emission laws in Japan as the RB technology was not capable to meet the new emmission regulations.

With the R32 You can only achieve EURO1 and with the R33 and R34 engines up to EURO2 which will cost You 184,00 EUR road tax in Germany per Year.

Hope these infos do help.

Regards Ralf
