As i stated before a while back i was in korea for 2 years and got married to a korean and YES i have seen skylines in korea BUT in the 2 years I was there I ONLY SAW 2 if you are E-7 and above (Speaking 4 Army) Yes you can BUT, IF YOUR NOT AND DON'T HAVE A FAMILY GOING WITH YOU CAN CANCEL THAT DREAM BRO SORRY!!!!! they only thing that I heard that they changed since i was there in March was Curfew and that's IT.... Sorry Bro But, then again if your going to Seoul or working for a high ranking person i would get on the phone with them ASAP and ask because a O-6 or higher can let you do it (my friend did with his bike and car) and he's E-4

Another thing I will add, I just came from Korea (Humphreys) back last Oct. The roads there are very very uneven, and the people there treat vehicles like bumper cars. Expect a few scratches and or dings. That is if you can even bring your car with you. Like Azn said, you either need to be going accompanied or you need to be E7 or higher.
