rb25 series 2 with no spark.. HELP..

i have just bought an rb25 series 2 but the engine isnt in a skyline i put my rb25 5 spd gearbox in it to see if it would run as i got told it would.

i took the gearbox out of my r33 gtst as i'm giving it a full rebuild and will be taking bout 2 years to do it.

i have been trying to start it but it wont fire up it just winds.

i have taken the coils out put the spark plug in it and earthed it out while turning it over and its not sparking and cant work out why.

any suggestions

start small then work your way up.

silly things, checking fuzes, connections are on properly, check you have power going to the coil packs,or even enough power.

i'm in germany,paderborn i've had atleast 7-8 years exp with skylines 32's 33's and 2 r34's
i'm on my 12th skyline now.

pm me and give me a little more details

ie what you done so far
what you replaced
did it work one day then the next just dead
