Rim refurb

Ok so im getting ready to have a set of my rims shipped from the states to me in Germany. I know for a fact before i put them on they Skyline i want to have them refurbished, but have no idea where to go. The rims i have coming in are a set of Enkei Aegis 3-piece rims. I know the rims are discontinued, and have heard they are rare as well(no clue if true). I bought the rims a few years ago from a friend who had bent the inside lip of both right side rims. I had them repaired so that they would hold a new set of tires and air. Now i just need to get them cosmetically sound. They are scuffed pretty bad. These rims look very nice on my 240sx back home but i think will look even better on the Skyline. I am Stationed at Spangdahlem AB. If anyone knows of a place by me please let me know.

Moe, you better start saving then. You are going to be paying just as much in parts as you will gas, haha.

What are you looking at doing? Just a polish and maybe paint / powdercoat? How bad is the surfaces of the rims? Will they need welding or filler?

all the rims are peeling, some have curb rash. One has a slight bend in the lip, but still holds air. So they need straightened, cleaned, and either paint or powder coat.
