Cruise control and European (uk) navigation

Hi, I'm new to the forum though I've been lurking on here and other forums for a few days as I've been trying to find out what I can about the 350gt as I am in the market for one. I love the car and have decided on one I will be picking up on Monday. The two things missing from the 350gt at least for me, are cruise control and sat nav since the navigation unit is the Japanese oem unit

I've spent a while trawling the internet for definitive answers to the following 2 questions. 1) is there any way of adding cruise control to an automatic 350 and if there is can anyone point me in the direction of how I can get it done.

2) is there any way of altering the standard oem sat nav unit to make it uk compatible?

I'm no expert on these things but I would have thought replacing the DVD unit with one from a uk nissan xtrail or some other model and then using the DVD maps and software from that would be a possible fix?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

I fitted cc to my car a couple of weeks ago. I brought a kit from a guy called Leon on SAU Community
It's an aftermarket cruise control unit but comes with new Nissan steering wheel controls.

Not sure if he has any kits left now, here's a link

and fitting instructions

Quite expensive, but I missed cc that I had in my old Prelude.
