Ive 19's there was wondering if they were "too big" think ive changed my mind lol

8j front with 225's, 8.5j rear with 245's.
Too wide is a bigger problem than small-to-right width I have found.
IF your looking for perfect balance that is, and its a road car.
IMHO.

lovely wheels, jonny has them on this 350GT

always thought that 19"s look out of place on a R33 though

whats the ride like? much tramlining?

Well I have only done a lap of the ring-road to settle the car back down, but been over a few speed bumps as well, and all good, perfect, zero issues so far.

You just on oem suspension Andy? Im switching my springs over to oem myself very soon. i have hks on from a gtr but the car is quite low. hoping oem springs will add comfort. whiteline arb should still provide cornering handling

Hi,
I'm using on Front Apexi height and damping adjustable dampers (set on 2nd softest setting) with Tein roller tops, and Eibach springs, Rear conceptua +20% KYB's Tein roller tops and tein springs.
The thing with the springs is I ended up with 2 sets, Eibach and Tein and it turned out (through testing) that mixing them up seemed best, the rears are more progressive than the fronts now, I think it handles better and is more passenger friendly when loaded.
With the WHOLE front on stock cleaned and poly-bushed arms, and pair of whiteline ARB's and Cusco HICAS lockout kit, I could go on....... lol.

cool stuff - quite a complex setup through trial and error it seems.

I'm in the process of testing out those japspeed front camber arms (2 piece) ...if you remember i had some knocking issues but it turns out it might just be the hks springs bottoming out now. I'm gonna keep em on for now and see how things go when the oem suspension goes on. Then if it still feels strange i'll just revert to the oem upper arm wishbone again which i had re-bushed anyway and cleaned up.
Its just a juggling session but its fun for me as i'm learning heaps about that part of the car (chassis setup) that i never really had chance to. I kinda learnt about ecu work first, then engines/turbos and finally chassis stuff... most ppl do it the other way around heh!
