You considered steam cleaning the paintwork?

it is yes, microfibre cloth to wipe away dirt etc and then either industrial steam cleaner, or hand held with jet nozzle to get the dirt out of the seam sealer area etc..

Something like this would work:

Ovation Hand Held Steam Steamer Cleaner Electric Portable Multi Purpose - 1000W | eBay

Alternative is some decent engine bay detailing spray, a detailing brush, spritz with water and then microfibre dirt away.
