Modified Skyline 350GT twin turbo
Rare 6 speed manual gearbox and premium half leather interior.
One of the most highly modified versions in the UK or Europe using only the best parts available at the time with no expense spared. Built by Torque Developments International PLC in Thurrock Essex.
The car was rebuilt mechanically in two stages between 2008 and 2010. It had 65K miles on the clock when it went in so has only done 20K on the new engine, mainly just going to car meets and shows in the UK and Europe.
I was a member and administrator of Skyline owners club.com for a long time and there is lots of infromation on the car there including build threads etc.
Below are some of the components used in the build;
Cosworth cnc big ported cylinder heads.
Cosworth plenum.
Cosworth 'H' beam conrods.
Cosworth low compression pistons.
Cosworth main and head studs.
Cosworth bearings.
Cosworth head gasket.
APS twin turbo kit.
APS 'extreme' twin fuel pump system with return line.
APS 880 injectors.
APS extreme true dual st/steel exhaust system.
HKS 264 intake and exhaust camshafs.
HKS EVC-6 boost control.
Deffi gauges with there own linking computer for exhaust gas temp, oil temp, oil pressure, boost setting.
Carbonetics triple plate carbon clutch (a bit noisy but quiter than the Exedy version)
Nismo high performance oil pump.
Haltech platinum engine management.
latest performance figures are;
562 rwhp with 0.9 bar of boost and 495 lb/ft of torque @ 4650 revs.
(hp taken on a hub dyno so accurate not calculated)
The styling again was using the best part available whatever the costs;
Front bumper from Top Secret
Vented fenders from INGS
Rear bumper from Impul
Side skirts from Charge Speed.
GTR35 carbon bonnet vents.
Volk TE37SL wheels with pilot sport tyres (lots of tread)
Cusco suspension.
Stoptech slotted front brake discs and Brembo brakes.
The car was resprayed in June 2012 from Pearl white to 'House of Kolor' snow white pearl with turquoise and ice white flake, it looks stunning in the flesh. I resprayed the car simply because i wanted a personal colour. The car has not been in any accidents or shunts.
