hi just quick question wats the biggest tyre size you can get on a 18x8.5 rim

TRY THESE LINKS, THERE ARE OTHERS, BUT 255 OR EVEN 265 ARE FINE ON 8.5, i'VE GOT 255 AND THEY HARDLY FILL THE WHEELS!

It recommends no bigger than a 225/40 on my 7.5j alloys yet i run 235's fine and i've had 245/35's on them before which were fine but wouldnt go more.

So i'd say you can definately run at least a 265/35 on a 8.5j alloy
