Hi guys,
Done a search, Been through all of the threads on here about shock absorbers and what are the best for me, and apart from a "taking the piss" thread and a few saying that coilovers are better, there isn't much information on which socks are best.

I have a set of RS-R springs that i am gonna fit, unfortunately, now it seems the rear shock absorbers have gone kaput. So i need some new ones. On my200sx, they reckon KYB, but i'm new to the world of skylines, please advise!:notworthy

Please could you guys tell me which shock absorbers are a good combination with my new springs and will suit street use, normal everyday driving and NO track use, just some good quality slightly stiffer shock absorbers.

:shakehead: cheers
Sorry mate, couldn't resist!:D
As HKP says, i have only heard good things about KYB. Other than that i would say stick to std nissan shocks with your uprated springs pr possibly nismo ones that i have seen going about although i will say that this is only going on hearsay as opposed to tried and tested.

from memory the KYB shocks a 20% uprated so they will be firmer than the srandard nissan shocks
i have tanabe shocks on my R33 at present which i love the ride is firm but not uncomftable but sadly the rears are starting to knock a bit so i will be fitting the KYB's

and the bonus is they are fairly cheap too
