I found out today that my car is running the stock re-circ and a blitz atmospheric BOV.... Is this ok to do??? Is there something I can do to stop using the re-circ while still having factory pipe off of the throttle body??

Maybe a block off, but what would I do with the re-circ pipe, and the vaccum line going to the facotry re-circ????:dunno:

Normaly you replace the recirc with a athmospheric and only use the vacum hose and block the pipe/hose that goes to the airfilterpipe.

That is....if i am right.

There's nothing wrong with running both of them, most people find that buy using both they get a louder dump valve sound but still get the best idiling.

The best dump valve for the GTS is the std one upto 1.4bar and 400+bhp so i'd leave it on, but you can just remove the std one and blank the mounting point and recirc pipe.

Look down to the lower left of the picture, you can kind of make it out, just a bit of it... or here is another picture wher you can see it better: Its in the lower right hand corner....

There is nothing really wrong with it but you may find the blitz one is louder after you do what i have written near the bottom of this. You may also have a bit more power but only if the standrd recirc one you have on atm is a bit weak.

I have the same and i wanted to block the factory one as well, but i was told not as it may cause stalling issues. Some thing to think about for me then...

i had 2 when i got mine.... unfortunately, it has to go when you get a front mount.....

You must have custom piping then.... When i had fit my fmic, my bov and pipe had to go as i needed to fit the piping to the other side of the car.......

Plus i thought the standard bov sounded better
