Try JDMDistro, they might be able to help.

The wheel could be straightened and refurbed back to it's former glory, I had a Koenig wheel with a flat spot straightened out and refurbed. The risk is the rim would need to be heated and pressed to it's original shape which can A) discolour the metal through heat if not careful, and B) weaken the metal from having it bent and then straightened. I took the risk with mine and had no issues.
The curb rash could be sanded back and repolished, try places like Spit and Polish, The Wheel Specialist as mentioned above (That's who straightened my Koenig out, at the Portsmouth branch), and I hear a lot of good things about Lepsons.

Ok so i took the wheel to a guy in my area that will have a go at fixing it, hes struggling getting the tyre off so ive got to pick it up this week some point to get the tyre removed and then take it back to him to straighten, theres another problem, the metal is anodised the guy thinks so when its cleaned up after being pressed out itd need to be taken to an anodisers but hopefully getting somewhere though!!

It's a split rim, if you split it apart then you can pull the bits of wheel out of the tyre?

It looks like a mirror polished finish with a laquer would match, It doesnt look like you need to have it annodised and if you're not 100% sure the others were then I wouldnt recommend it for the 1

If you get stuck and matey messes up the wheels then you could try:
Icon wheels in belgium sorted a custom pair of outers for my split rims, took 7months from the time I placed my order until they turned up though! He might have got more efficient since I bought them, it was a few years ago

Image UK but i'm pretty sure they only do stepped lips in the bigger sizes

I just google searched, these guys might be worth a shot:
