cool, i'd lost this sheet, now all i need to find is a garage that do't want to rape my wallet

I took it to an average garage nothing special and they wanted to charge me £60 to do the tracking on just the rear... makes me sick! last time they charged me £27, I know i'm screwed when they ask that question "What car have you got?" Its like that VW Passat advert from a few yrs ago... they add an extra zero onto everything GRRRRRRRR

Laser tracking

Just had my 32 GTR laser tracked front and rear by Elites at rainham essex,cost me £178 i had to get it done as id fitted all new adjustable top joints and adj camber rods but it seemed excesive for 20 minutes work.

if you have standard suspension then how can the alignment be adjusted ?
