So I live In Florida and came across an R33 GTS-T with all the japanese paper work etc. Getting the car here is no problem. But I've been reading up about registering these cars: http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/import/FAQ Site/pages/page10.html#Anchor-I. Impor-16426

NHTSA has determined that the R33 Model Nissan GTS and GTR ("Skyline") passenger cars manufactured between January 1, 1996 and June 30, 1998 are eligible for importation
Thats for importation.. Since the one I got is a 94' will I have any issues registering it here in FL?

Yeah, I'm aware of that. It seems A lot of it has to do with emissions etc etc That the cars are not meeting state/federal standards on specific stuff. I think Fl is good on emission laws etc (we have none I think) So getting the car to pass the inspections doesnt seem like much of a hassle I think.. But not sure. I see a lot of people from FL in the "USA Members" Thread Any of you guys have some input?
