my observations were as follows.

1. Looks like the event was held in Bosnia judging by the cars.
2. Drift? - I've seen people drive round multistoreys more enthusiatically my way.
3. Has he been illegally in the Uk and watched the dude who donuts the cars ( cant think of his name as i've seen him that many times he's boring )

I think the guy had a lucky escape, i'm sure he could have ben hit by that beasty AX or whatever it was as he hooned round at 17mph.
