Would it be a good idea to to cut the flange (going to the head) in 2 or 3 pieces ?
This way, the manifold flange has a better chance to fit flat to the head...
And this way there's less stress on the bolts, because there's not such a long piece of warping stainless steel pulling at them...

opinions ?

thinking outside the box eh:40oz:

you are bang on IMO...make cuts on the bolt holes (this will allow expansion) and any other parts that you deem fit

its not just XS parts that need this doing...99% of manifolds are supplied "unfinished" IMO

yep, will do :)

But It might take some time, still need the car running for drift events...
And still need to buy some new injectors.
But once It's finished I'll update this here topic :)

On 99% of the manifolds you need to dremel the holes in the manifold and open them up to allow for expansion.

A mate of mine helped develop those XS power manifolds. He said the finished product that XS power get is a good bit of kit. But the ones you get off ebay are a complete pile of **** and this is why he told them to fcuk off.

Just a word of warning mate.
