Early may me and a few mates are heading out to nurburg.

We have been before and camped and cost a few quid. This time we are staying at a local centre parcs :) 4 bedroom villa/cottage sleeps 8 has cost us just over 400 quid with decent amenities too like you get at centre parcs :)

There are 3 ranges of Villas (really cottages) Comfort, Premium and VIP. It would be the entry 'comfort cottage' we'd be in these are the photos of what to expect.

And the ring is 15km (9 miles) away which they estimate a 15 minute drive.

The Green Hell at Nurburgring is May 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th.

We would be arriving on May 2nd the Friday and leaving for home on the Monday.
Poss detour on way home for a day in Monaco too with a stop over there.

Sleeps 8!!!! Not a bad weekend for 50 quid a corner :)
Excited..... MUCH

Sweeet.
Be good to see the beast mate.
Our villa/chalet is now booked and pretty much full.

Get a list up with room availability and see if you can fill another chalet :)
Cheap as camping if not cheaper. They do smaller chalets too. We originally were gonna book a smaller one and still really cheap for a weekend at centre parcs.

I'm taking my lad out with me for his first trip out onto track :D

I will carry on annoying mates by telling them I'm going until they decide they want in too.
If your struggling to get chalet load of people could be an option to team up with them.
Would've thought loads in here would be up for it though.

Me and a few mates are heading there then! This chalet idea seems good tho! What's this green hell thing? Don't laugh to much if this is a stupid question lol
The green hell is what Jackie Stewart famously called the nurburgring

That's my bad, I thought it said "heading to nurburgring for green hell" not " nurburg for green hell"

Now you say it I know that as well haha blonde moment lol

So how many people/cars are heading out there? Would be cool to see what is there, might be able to sway my friends off there minis and into a skyline/stagea

Sorry for delay mate.
We all booked up now.

My mates taking over his monster litchfield 35
I'm prob taking over my derv BMW and hiring a track car there.
Can't take the scoob as not got switchable maps yet and I run methanol in mine.
Worked out I'd need about 80litres and can't legally carry that.

Another mate is prob taking over his scoob too.
Either that or jumping in the bm and halving the track car hire.

Really looking forward to it.
Love the whole area of adeneau not just the ring :)

Hey guys, good to see you're coming over again. I remember our good old times when we met at the Ring every yearfor the big SO.com international Skyline Nurburgring meet. :)

I am usually at the ring a few times a year, so there is a good chanceto meet up there. In fact your dates sound really good as May the 1st is bank holiday here. So you guys comin for sure? If yes, I might actually come up, take my R34 GTR for a few laps and meet you guys for a good laugh! :D

Let me know, I ain't too far from the ring.

It will be rammed this year. Be prepared to queue, especially if the weather is poor easter weekend which is only two weeks before.

The big change this year is that the tickets you buy for the Nordscheife can also be used on the GP circuit.
One €27 ticket can be used for a lap of the Nordschleife or 15 minutes on the GP circuit. This applies to all tickets.

Stayed at Centre Parcs last year for the N24. Basic, but it's OK. The breakfasts are great.

The hotel on the nordschleife that can be seen from the track before the uphill section was 45€ per person a night with breakfast included, view from balcony onto the track, you could wake up and smell burnt rubber and brakes :D Actualy that was for the new apartments next to the hotel, a single bed hotel room should be cheaper.

I'm thinking of going again this year, maybe at the same time as some of you guys, or sxoc guys, only seen one R33 GTR and one S14a last year :)
