Should be provided both had the 5x1 axle stud pattern.
For my R32 I used a R33 diff with the 3x2 axle pattern. Had to swap the back cover to suit my 2 bolt but other than that it bolts in.
Just watch the ratio. Some R32 have 4.3:1 while the R33 could be a 4.1:1

iirc the 33 diff with the 3x2 bolt patern is only on the 2.0 non turbo i have a 33 diff out but its 5 bolt dont think it fits the 32 gtst though
