I think i may have accidently crossed my battery terminals when i took out my battery to put in new bulbs. When the battery is in correctly i go to turn on my headlights the headlights come on but my guage cluster does NOT light up nor is the clock working, i also tried to start the car the car would turn over but it didn not start right away so i let off and did not try again until the problem is further investigated.

The fuse should be intact with no break. Some are shaped oddly but if you follow the track it should be continuos. If in doubt use an avo type meter to test for continuity. And a fuse does appear to be the problem I would say and should be easily replaced from most motor factors or Nissan.
