best looking alloys

i have a r33 gtst and am soon to be looking for some alloys, can some people post their set up and maybe a picture of 2 so i can see what looks good and the best offsets etc. i don't really want to have to flare the arches. i am thinking rota grid drift in 18x9.5 et30 but Im sure I've seen somewhere that the offset isn't aggressive enough to make them look good.
opinions and ideas please:cheers::feedback:

i did think about that but the 17s that are on it at the moment there is too much tyre wall i think, i quite like the look of the 18 and it fills the arch a bit more:)
17's on a lower profile and slight suspension drop?
this is how it sits at the moment and I don't now how much lower the profile can go before it makes too much change to the speedo

What's your current wheel and tyre size. You don't wasn't to affect the speedo but you want to change to 18 inch wheels?

You could do it with a 35 profile tyre on the 18 inch x 9.5 or a 45 profile on a 17 inch x 8 set of wheels.

Best site you'll see for this stuff is here:

Online Wheel and Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit

You can pick and choose whatever you want then and it will return you the relevant (read useful) information on your choices or options.
Yes if I go 18 ill go for 255 35 and they have the same rolling radius. I think I have 225 45 17. The difference will be more rim less tyre wall so I think it looks more filled. I just don't know what rims and offsets would look right on 18" 9.5 s

Just so you know, you can calibrate the speedo easily. ;)
I didn't know that, my bad. Okay then think I'll keep my 17 for cheap tyres and 18 for normal driving. What I you think looks best. 5 6 or lots of spoke rims?
They are 6 spoke and they come in different fitment but only one or the other

Both red and grey car where on 17's rest all 18's. I dont think any of them handled bad with the 18's at all. Stuck up them pics so you can get few ideas of the wheels looks wise. The volks on black 33 were the best looking by far but for the money the rotas look good too. Since looking at these pics i think the 17's look too small and any i've seen on 19's looked really crap. Plus if your looking to pull the rear arches look off you need those wheels off asap. They look lost in there mate.

My silver one on wolfrace sharks( maybe they are called) loads on here run these if not wolfrace they cant point you in right direction. These where very keenly priced and massive rear dish.

This looks real nice, did you have to roll or flare anything?

Thanks for the pics they all look pretty good tbh. I still think 18 is nice as its not too big but fills nice.

Yeah I like the rotas as they aren't too expencive. Yeah they do look lost they are too far in the arch. Someone told me 18 9.5 et30 fit the rear but they havnt got the aggression of the et20. I have 400r over arch so may be able to get away with et20 just don't want to waste money. Might be better off getting the et30 and using spacers to fill it out ??
What about LMGT1's? They do come up for sale now and again.

Thanks!
Yeah it's got wider fenders, they are about 25-30mm wider
The rear tires have about 3mm clearance at the moment.

SMURF you got/have had some really nice cars man!
