I know its been covered b4 but i cant seem to find out which way to adjust it?
Getting mine next week and have read up on them, if I have stalling issues do I turn it clockwise to tighten it I take it? Or do I turn it anti clockwise to un tighten it?

Clockwise to tighten it. But you could still have stalling issues; i do on my R33 as for some reason, RB25's don't like having the recirc valves replaced by VTA BOV's. Not sure if this is the same on the Neo's though...
