Been waiting a while for my fuel flap cover that I should have go with my arches at the start of December that you said you couldnt find when I came to collect. Didnt want to make it public, but with no replies via text or PM i have no choice. As can see you've been online.
Im no longer wanting the kit fitted but I require the flap I paid for to fit myself.

It's not just the fact that he is a useless and unhelpful trader it's the fact that he has this "couldn't care less" attitude that gets me.
I feel the need to even the playing field here, if you don't like Japsalon then don't go to them, they have customers like myself who were more than happy with the service and will continue doing business with them.
Two of the biggest named traders on here and one smaller one i've had absolutely appalling service from, and been ripped off by the biggest two leaving me massively out of pocket. When I contacted them they literally couldn't give a crap and just ignored me. Simple answer is I make a point of never buying anything from again. I'm in no way saying Japsalon has acted right or wrong, just pointing out i'm sick to death of people on this forum fan boying and kissing certain companies asses on here then sticking up for them when they are blatantly in the wrong.
So to all the moderators and admin, if your gonna brand Japsalon like that (and it may be the right thing to do), then I strongly suggest you have a real hard look at all the other companies on here.

Oh I have just realised why I received a PM fro the previously mentioned useless trader lol, dude get your ass in gear and sort out this customers problems...if you had of done so 6 months ago rather than continue to post up here with that "couldn't care less" attitude that you adopt we wouldn't be here discussing your failures.

OK let me me take one example then, Japspeed. Everyone kisses their ass the whole time on here, i've even got a load of bits on my car from them. They royaly ****ed up an order I placed once. I had enough in my account for said part, they charge me for my order then charge me for the next persons order as well by mistake. They were quick to refund me my money for the previous persons order which in it's self wouldn't have been problem, mistakes happen. The problem came is that took me over my over draft causing me to pay £60 of bank charges. When I contacted them multiple times they literally couldn't care less. I'm pretty sure it was with this or the other run in I had with a big trader on here (or both) that everyone on here just stuck up for said company. Again i'm not defending Japsalon, just pointing out no body is perfect and there are other traders on here who get defended when they shouldn't.

I didn't contact the admin to help me, at the time I didn't realise they could help. But then again why should you have to? The company should be capable enough of dealing with the client. Great I've since found out admin can help and I think that's going above and beyond, says alot about the support this forum can give. At the time obviously I didn't know that and so was left to the mercy of Japspeed who couldn't careless. As I said I wont buy their product again but they don't really care, plenty of others that will
