i have a front mounted intercooler i want to shine it up as its gone dull can any one think of anything i can use ?

i did mine with progessively finer grades of wet sand paper... then after 2000 grit, used my dremel to really polish it up with polishing compound.

i get the guys at the drive through hand carwash to spray the same stuff they put on wheels on my intercooler..

dosnt make it shiny but keeps it pretty clean.
