I have never ran summer/winter tyres on any of my cars...old alloys i have but as long as the tyre compound are good quality they should be good all year round.(unless you have r888's etc lol).

Currently running winter tyres on a shocking set of very light weight 275/35/19 wheels!! They do look rather sick though!

Anyone got any recommendations for some nice wheels that I can put some new tyres on? I'm thinking 225/40/18 for the summer as I was under the impression that this is the best setup (with the appropriate geometry), for the R33 GTR, for handling.
I've been toying with the idea of dropping summer tyres on those wheels but I'm thinking 275/35/19 is too big for any practical use other than for show considering I can't really put them on full lock without them rubbing
