No it's not I often take mine to Belgium. I passed my test in Europe so for me it's very easy to drive LHD or RHD cars on the right side of the road.

Just leave enough space and only overtake when you're confident that there's none coming the other way. Oh yes and watch those roundabouts as the most common mistake is to take them the other way around :D

I actually prefer right-hand drive vehicles. The only problem I've found, like multics said, is overtaking. I suppose that it will all be up to personal opinion on the ergonomics of it and driver confidence to rate the overall "difficulty" and level of "danger." I use those words in quotations because I wouldn't ever think to describe driving a RHD vehicle as difficult or dangerous. Just always remember to know where your personal limitations are, and the limitations of the vehicle, and drive within them.
