dont really want a thread on here any more
awesome removal method lol
so yea, I eventually built an engine with
wossnor forged pistons
eagle rods
acl bearings
n1 oil pump
crank collar
arp head bolts
1.2mm steel hg
tomei poncams
greddy cam gears
and in the end a gt3071r with in line oil filter

No got a date form TDP for mapping for next wed but i wont have the head back on an power steering leak fixed by then so im tryin get it done next month before mondello track day
Any parts you need for the build just ask :)

Ah a we problem with not cable tyin some vacume hoses and them blowing off and the turbo boosting to 1.98bar.

So i blew a hole in the HKS 1.2mm gasket but that was the only damage :)

2 bar should not have blown that gasket there,looks like burnage,how do thre valves look?bad luck there!

thats the gasket ya wana fit so lad,i only fitted a commetic 1.2mm to mine,what thickness was yours?the thicker the worse the pressure affects them,if my one shits the gasket i will take a hammer to the lot.thats the threat anyhow

Yea i looked into it and all the big drag teams were using 1.2mm so why should i go any bigger.
(And HKS only do there drag gasket in 1.2mm so they must have done the reseach on that)

My pistons???

Iv HKS step 2 87mm pistons, with teflon coating on the side and anti dent coating on the face and the piston rings

Ah right, well actualy HKS say the compression ratio is increased by a fraction, 8.2-8.3 or somthing like that. Dont have the figures to hand

ok ive rebuilt and fitted the engine ill post up more dogey pics,im just running it in now

well howya now anto,any craic hows the car going i seen it last nite passing by the garage on the way home.i was going to stop and call in but i was starved with the hunger!!!
